Newsletter
Transportation News, the printed newsletter of the Transportation Club, is published three times a year in spring (April), summer (August) and winter (December). Subscription to the newsletter is a benefit of Club membership.

Transmission
of Articles: | |
Transmission as a Word document attached to an e-mail to office@transportationclub.com is preferred. Please include “newsletter submission” in your subject line. If you are unable to transmit your article this way, please contact the Club office to arrange alternatives. |
Transmission
of Graphics: | |
Original, high-quality graphic files are required. Do not embed your graphics within your article without also sending the original files under separate cover. Transmission of graphic files (including photos and clipart) as attachments to an e-mail sent to office@transportationclub.com is preferred. Please include “newsletter submission” in your subject line. Original resolution must be at least 300dpi for all electronic graphic submissions. If you are unable to provide an original of at least 300dpi or to transmit graphic files by e-mail, contact the Club office to arrange alternatives. |

We do not print submissions for free that are only a promotion for a learning session or product. Please refer to our advertising guidelines to purchase space in Transportation News. |

The Newsletter Committee reserves the right to refuse publication of submissions. Authors whose submissions are not published will be notified of the reasons why. The Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit any submissions for grammar and spelling. |
