Hotel Room Reservations: Go to www.ramadamoa.com, click on “Reservations” at the top of the page, then click on “Make a Group Reservation” then enter the code TCMSCLUB. This will get you to the reservation page.  The price of a single/standard room is $89.00 per night.  Or, you can call the Hotel direct at 800-328-1931, ask for reservations, and use the code CGSP12. This code is for calling direct only.

Hospitality Suites: There are a number of Suites available with various capacities and furnishings.  You must call the Hotel to book a Suite.  In the Suites, you are allowed to bring in your own food and beverages.  If you need a larger room, and book one of the Meeting Rooms, you are not allowed to bring in your own food and beverages.  Everything must be ordered from the Hotel.  In either case, all Hospitality Rooms must be booked with either Tom Wangerin or Joan Hane in Sales and Catering at the Ramada MOA.  Tom and Joan can be reached by calling the Hotel direct.  THE HOSPITALITY SUITES ARE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST CALL, FIRST TO RESERVE BASIS.
