He was President of the Twin City Transportation Club 1987-1988. President of the Transportation Club of Minneapolis 1994-1995. President of the Transportation Logistics Council 1999-2000 and still serves on the Board of Directors. He is very excited to work again with the Transportation Club and the hospital. |

Don Divine don@savtrans.com 2 year term SAV Transportation Group www.savtrans.com Don is Executive Vice President and co-founder of SAV Transportation Group. His career within the transportation arena has spanned forty years. Those years have enabled him to gain expertise in abundant transportation modes including international ocean transport, truckload, LTL and intermodal services. Don gained his ocean freight experience with Sea-Land, Seatrain Lines and Maersk Lines. He developed his truck brokerage and intermodal expertise with a growing 3PL during the early to mid0eighties and then moved on to help foster the SAV Transportation Group in 1989. Today, as Senior VP of Business Development, he provides executive oversight on all sales and marketing activities. He is constantly stimulated by our ever changing industry and always enjoys connecting with his customers, associates and co-workers. He first joined the Transportation Club of the Twin Cities in 1989. He is excited with the prospect of serving on the board helping our organization build in its general capacity, increase and balance its membership base, and develop meaningful partnerships with like organizations. |

Heidi Leaf
Vice-President Besides being our Vice President, Heidi is also our event photographer. She has been in the transportation industry for the past five years. She recruits, hires and dispatches commercial truck driver to clients. Heidi takes pride in ensuring quality drivers. When not working, Heidi has always been an advocate for children, whether it’s bringing a moment of happiness or a lifetime of needed change. She has done foster parenting, taken foreign exchange students in to her home, and done extensive volunteering, while raising her own children.

Jeff Hein jeffhein@pilotdelivers.com Pilot Freight Systems http://www.pilotdelivers.com 2 year term Jeff Hein is a 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he majored in Marketing Education with a minor in Business Administration. He has been an Account Executive with Dynamex since June of 2007. Dynamex provides transportation solutions in several areas including fleet outsourcing, On Demand messenger and trucking services, scheduled delivery programs and warehousing/strategic stocking. Before coming to Dynamex he worked in the employment staffing industry for 11 years, primarily in outside sales positions. During his last 4 years in the staffing industry he sold CDL A and B driver leasing services. Jeff started with Dynamex by selling for their Chicago branch. He was also a very active member of The Traffic Club of Chicago for five years and chaired the Entertainment Committee. In September of 2010 he took the opportunity to transfer to the Minneapolis branch of Dynamex since he is a native of Minnesota. Jeff and his wife Maria are the proud parents of their 18 month old daughter Claire. In his free time he enjoys golfing, attending college and professional sporting events and working out. |

Currently he is the North American Logistics Transportation Manager for Ecolab in St Paul, MN. His previous experience is as follows: - 13 years with Coca-Cola in warehouse and production operations management, inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention. - 1 year with TNT Logistics- Anderson Windows contract in Hudson, Wisconsin. - 3 years with Cenveo-Quality Park- Supply Chain/Logistics Manager. - 5 years with Milestone AV Technologies- Director- Global Logistics/Transportation, Responsibilities globally included all freight & logistics contracts, relationships, contract warehousing, and Import/Export compliance in all markets served worldwide.
Kevin has a Business degree from Bethel University in St Paul, MN and a Master’s of Science- Supply Chain Management degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. He has over 25 years service as a volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician for Lower St. Croix Valley Fire Department. Kevin is a single father of 2 college age children and resides in Afton, MN

Lynn is currently the Global Transportation Manager for Merrill Corporation. With over 20 years in the transportation industry Lynn has expertise in vendor management and negotiations, transportation system design and development, as well as process management and team leadership. Outside of work, Lynn is an active volunteer, working with middle-school children organizing and participating in yearly service missions. Her hobbies include singing, running, and biking. Lynn lives in Lino Lakes with her husband and two daughters.

Harold graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1998 with B.A. Degree in Communication.
He has 10 years transportation sales experience.
Began his sales career as an Air Sales Representative with United Parcel Service Duluth in 1998. Afterward being promoted to Account Executive & Hub Training Supervisor.
Currently he’s an Account Executive for Holland since 2007.
Holland is a regional LTL carrier recognized for delivering the most next-day service lanes in the Midwest with the lowest claim ratio.
He’s passionate about the transportation industry, networking & growing the membership of the club. Harold and his wife Nita reside in Blaine
